Is to foster an environment for basketball player development, both on and off the court.
At Team Zoom, we strive to be a leading producer of basketball teams and players in southern Maryland. In the process, we hope to aid in the production of positive members of our community through basketball.
OUR GOAL

Our goal is to maximize the development of our players through training based on a solid work ethic that challenges each player to achieve to high standards. We work on developing player skills and increasing their basketball IQ every week. Although team success is an objective, the goal is to develop a complete player as part of a cohesive unit. Ultimately, we strive to help create fundamentally sound, Basketball-smart, and game-ready players whose fundamental values will allow them to impact their community positively.

At Team Zoom, we believe that the pursuit of high academics and basketball aids the development of maturity and self-confidence in our young athletes. Through basketball, we can teach fundamental values such as (a) self-discipline, (b) respect for authority, (c) attention to detail, (d) teamwork, and (e) leadership. At Team Zoom Basketball, we also strive to teach our players to (a) respect themselves, the team, and the program, (2) work hard to improve, and (c) develop a sense of humility in their willingness to learn. Our goal is to ensure that our players' experiences will prove beneficial throughout their lifetime.
