At Team Zoom, we strive to be a leading producer of basketball teams and playerssouthern Maryland. In the process, we hope to aid in the production of positivemembers of our community, through basketball.
OUR CORE VALUES
At Team Zoom, we believe that the pursuit of high academics and basketball aids thedevelopment of maturity and self-confidence in our young athletes. Throughbasketball, we can teach fundamental values such as (a) self-discipline, (b) respect forauthority, (c) attention to detail, (d) teamwork, and (e) leadership. At Team ZoomBasketball, we also strive to teach our players to (a) respect oneself, the team, and theprogram, (2) work hard to improve, and (c) develop a sense of humility in theirwillingness to learn. Our goal is to ensure that the experiences of our players will provebeneficial throughout his or her lifetime.

We work ondeveloping player skills and increasing their basketball IQ every week. Although teamsuccess is an objective, the goal is to develop a complete player as part of a cohesiveunit. Ultimately, we strive to help create fundamentally-sound, basketball-smart andgame-ready players whose fundamental values will allow them to create a positiveimpact in their community.
